LATEST DONATIONS

Dirt!  We have Dirt!  Thanks for Roseville Remodeling and the Williams family for delivering two yards of dirt.  Our blueberries have a home and they love it.

We also have hand tools from the Morano family.  The kids are excited to have sturdy new tools to explore their outdoor space.

As an added bonus, we have an Eagle Scout coming out to the garden to build us an Aquaponics lab at the May work day!

WE STILL NEED YOUR PLEDGE!

If you are interested in lending a helping hand, and just don't have the time in the day to come be a docent or work on the weekend, please consider sponsoring a project, any project.  Right now we really need drinking fountains before the California summer heat returns. Thank you!

Grant Writing

Grant writing specialist, or someone with writing talent can help us with the multitudes of grants available each year.

Other Fundraising

  • Monthly bake sale manager. Coordinate and host a bake sale before or after school.
  • Assistant tile painter. Assist Petsy Proett with the students for  painting of garden tiles.
  • Fundraising investigator.  We need someone to see if we can host a "garden day" at a nursery where we can get a percentage of sales, or at one of the local organic grocery stores.  In general we need someone to investigate other means of fundraising not currently in place, and not via grant applications.
